How early should I book for services?

You don't need to book anything in advance; we offer pay as you go services.

 

Do I need sign any paper agreement?

No.

 

Do I need to fill up any form?

Yes, our service co-ordinator will give you one page form, in which you have to write your contact details and blood group.

 

How would I know and trust your service co-ordinator?

You will get a call or SMS / text from our national co-ordination centre, that will give you Name and Details of our service co-ordinator. You can also see his/her ID card on request.

 

How would I know how much I have to pay your service co-ordinator?

You and service co-ordinator will be informed by phone or SMS / Text from our national co-ordination centre.

 

Can your service co-ordinator or other staffs ask me for extra money? Or should I pay extra money to them if I like?

No, neither our service co-ordinator nor any staffs can ask you for extra money. If they do then they put their job in risk. And you should not pay extra money to them. If you would like to pay us more than our service charges then it will be treated as donation to our organization, which will be use for further development of our organization.

 

Can I contact or call your co-ordination centre?

Yes, you can contact or call our local co-ordination centre.

 

Are your services also available in all other States of India?

Yes, we are operating nationwide.

 

Where and whom I will pay for services?

You will pay to our service co-ordinator in your travel area.

 

Can I pay by cheque or credit card or bank transfer?

No, we only accept cash payment.

 

Can I pay you in foreign currency?

No, you can not. We only accept payment in Indian Rupee.

 

Can you help me to get the nearest forex center?

Yes, we can.

 

Do I need to pay whole service cost to your service co-ordinator in one time?

For flexibility, we offer you option to pay whole cost at once or you may pay it in parts.

 

Where can I get the quote for your services?

On live chat at all pages of our website (No sign-up required for this).

 

I am not from Bihar but, live and work here; can I use your service?

No, you can not.

 

Do I need show my ID card while accessing your services?  

 

Yes, we verify proof of ID before offering our services to each and every individual including child.

 

Acceptable proof of ID:

 

For Foreigner, PIO (Person of Indian Origin) and NRI (Non-Resident Indian) – Passport Only.

 

For Indian – Election ID card / PAN Card / Bank Passbook / Passport etc.

 

Would you check my visa status?

Yes, we will check it if you are taking our services to complete your particular project such as short movie etc.
